From Pasture to Package: How Alexandre Family Farm Turned Belief into Verified Truth

Alexandre Family Farm has always believed that healthy soil makes healthy food. With Edacious, they set out to prove it.

Over a full year, Edacious conducted nutrition testing across five Alexandre farms, sampling milk monthly to capture seasonal and management differences. The data revealed a clear connection between regenerative practices and nutritional outcomes: milk from fully grass-fed herds showed significantly improved omega-6:omega-3 balance and a higher concentration of health promoting compounds nutrient density.

Armed with verified data, AFF became one of the first U.S. dairies to feature a verified omega balance claim, updating labels and publishing results through Edacious’ public transparency platform.

Now, every bottle tells the full story, from pasture to package, with proof behind every claim.

The Challenge: Belief Needed Proof

Building on their regenerative organic certifications, Alexandre Family Farm sought to scientifically validate how their practices influence the nutritional quality of their products, and translate that proof into verified labels and consumer trust.

The Approach: Turning Philosophy into Data

Edacious conducted monthly sampling across five sourcing farms for a full year. Nutrient fingerprinting quantified omega-6:omega-3 ratios, CLA, and key micronutrients, linking soil health to milk quality.

The Results: Data That Spoke for Itself

  • Fully grass-fed milk showed more balanced omega ratios and higher nutrient density.
  • AFF verified claims and updated all labels using Edacious results.
  • Public spec sheets now share verified data, a first for U.S. dairy transparency.

The Impact: Redefining Transparency

Alexandre Family Farm’s collaboration with Edacious shows what’s possible when science, transparency, and soil health come together.

Consumers can now trace each nutrient claim back to real data, connecting what’s in the carton to how it was produced.

The project transformed nutrient testing from a back-end compliance exercise into a frontline story of proof and purpose — from the farm gate to the retail shelf.

For Alexandre Family Farm, the story begins in the soil — and now, it lives on the label.
