The 2026 Regenerative Organic Nutrition Report
In September 2025, Edacious and the Regenerative Organic Alliance began a four-year partnership to measure the nutrient density, quality, and safety of Regenerative Organic Certified® food. In year one, more than 50 ROC products went through third-party testing. This report shares what we found, featuring 46 products from the 13 brands who agreed to publish their results.

Is Regenerative Organic Food More Nutritious? What This Report Can and Can't Tell You
This report shares what third-party lab testing found in specific ROC products, compared against USDA reference data. It isn't a peer-reviewed study, and it doesn't claim regenerative organic outperforms conventional across the board or that certification causes any particular result. Where results were mixed, the report says so, and the full methodology is included.
