Over a full year, Edacious conducted nutrition testing across five Alexandre farms, sampling milk monthly to capture seasonal and management differences. The data revealed a clear connection between regenerative practices and nutritional outcomes: milk from fully grass-fed herds showed significantly improved omega-6:omega-3 balance and a higher concentration of health promoting compounds nutrient density.

Armed with verified data, AFF became one of the first U.S. dairies to feature a verified omega balance claim, updating labels and publishing results through Edacious’ public transparency platform.

The Approach

Edacious conducted monthly sampling across five sourcing farms for a full year. Nutrient fingerprinting quantified omega-6:omega-3 ratios, CLA, and key micronutrients, linking soil health to milk quality.
